CRITICAL SAFETY DISCLAIMER: Many products sold on this site (including but not limited to Koch Chemie products) are chemical compounds intended for specific automotive applications. Some products are designated "For Professional Use Only."

By purchasing these products, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have read the manufacturer's safety data sheets (SDS) and usage instructions.
  • You possess the necessary skill and knowledge to use the products safely.
  • You will use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, eye protection, and masks.

AW Group LLC FZ is strictly NOT liable for:

  • Damage to vehicles, paintwork, or surfaces caused by incorrect application, mixing, or misuse of products.
  • Personal injury or health issues arising from failure to follow safety instructions or use PPE.
  • Use of products on surfaces for which they were not intended.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by UAE Law, in no case shall AW Group LLC FZ, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service. Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and in no event shall exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product at issue.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services.

SECTION 16 - FORCE MAJEURE

AW Group LLC FZ shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, flood (including rainstorms affecting logistics in UAE), fire, earthquake, war, terrorism, strikes, trade embargoes, or failure of public infrastructure/transportation.

SECTION 17 - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute, difference, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including (but not limited to) any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, discharge, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.

SECTION 18 - LANGUAGE

These Terms of Service are drafted in the English language. If these Terms are translated into any other language (including Arabic) for legal requirements, the English text shall prevail to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable laws of the UAE.
