Return & Refund Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: Opened Chemical goods are strictly non-returnable.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@carcaremarket.com.

  • Return Address: Warehouse 10, Al Raisi Complex, Umm Ramool, Dubai.
  • Shipping Costs: The return shipping fee must be paid by the customer. If the customer does not pay for shipping, the return/refund will be rejected.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

(Note: The requirement for items to be "unopened and sealed" applies to voluntary returns. If an item arrives damaged/leaking, please send us photos immediately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We generally do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened Chemical Goods: Due to storage and handling requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened nano ceramic coatings, graphene coatings, sealants, protection sprays, car shampoos, interior cleaning, exterior cleaning items, the entire range of liquids or chemicals, or adhesive removers.
  • Damaged Packaging: Products with broken seals or packaging damaged by the customer.
  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If rejected: We will notify you via email.

If more than 30 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sales@carcaremarket.com.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are made only to unused, unopened products.
  • Products are Made in Germany by Koch Chemie KCx and come in original packing.
  • SHIPPING FEES are non-refundable.

No Return/Refund Scenarios

We do not offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The customer did not like the product.
  • The customer is not satisfied with the intended results.
  • The product has been tested or used.
  • The customer intentionally or unintentionally damages original labeling or packaging.

We used NAS Express Couriers LLC, the standard shipping rates charged by the courier are from AED 35 to AED 100 depending on the shipping weight and number of cartons. Free Shipping is provided on orders above AED 300.
